Returns Policy

At Tear, Collect, Go! Ltd, we take pride in offering only the highest quality trading cards. All items are carefully inspected before being listed and sold as seen. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept the condition of each item as described and/or pictured at the time of sale.

Please note the following:

  • All sales are final. Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is materially different from its description.

  • "Sold as seen" means what you see is what you get. We aim to provide clear and accurate images and descriptions for every product. If you have questions about a specific card, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

  • In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue swiftly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please email hello@tearcollectgo.cards with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
